Marry~me~soon!

Marry~me~soon! is my new found recipe. Is actually tiramisu but I added in yorghurt to make it healthier so that less mascarpone cheese is been used. With the usual kahlua soaked sponge fingers as the base, I topped a layer of blue berries mascarpone cheese mix followed by a layer of blue berries then the normal tiramisu mascarpone. To give a further kick to it, added a layer of truffle...a really thick layer of it. And of course, the last layer was the layer of coco powder plus a dash of blue berries to finish it.

Actually this name, Marry~me~soon!, came about because it suppose to me "berry~mi~su" but it sounded like "bury~me~soon"...which was so inauspicious so I changed it to "Marry~me~soon!". It can become a good food hint to the other half if you just can't wait any longer for him/her to give the answer....haha
